Jamie Colby

Colby is an anchor, National News Correspondent, and anchor of Fox News. He has been employed by the company since July of 2003. Colby worked as an anchor, reporter and also as a correspondent at CBS News prior to being hired by FOX News Channel. Colby has also been a fill-in on CBS Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney licensed to be a lawyer within New York, California, Florida and Florida and the District of Columbia. Colby has been awarded such awards like the Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002, for her coverage of the September 11 attack; the Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000; and her Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News Star To Follow". Alongside her work in journalism, Colby, an attorney has been in private practice for ten years. Colby's law firm began when a Hollywood production firm assigned her to The Tonight Show. In her early 20s, Colby was working as a journalist as well as host for Johnny Carson, both during the contract renewal process of NBC together with him, as well as his divorce.
