Dina is originally from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she changed her location into Dix Hills on Long Island shortly before finishing her junior year. Dina Meyer is the sister of two brothers, Gregory is her older brother and Evan is her younger. Her first experience in the entertainment industry came in the form of modeling from ages nine to 16. Ron Stetson was her teacher at The Neighborhood Playhouse where she was studying the acting of Sanford Meisner techniques for three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training as did Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are among the actors that have undergone this type of training. The first time she was cast as an actress was in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, which required her to move away from Los Angeles. Her first role was in Johnny Mnemonic. She did all of the stunts in the movie, and it made her an accomplished athlete and actress. As well as Matt LeBlanc's talent agency and agent, she was also responsible for a number of roles that recurred on Friends.
